I am currently a Maintenance Supervisor at Ayers Rock Resort

Since you came to the NT – what’s the most amazing thing you have experienced?
I have met some amazing people while working in the Northern Territory, and one of the most amazing experiences I have been to is the Tali Wiri dining experience. Tali Wiru, meaning ‘beautiful dune’ in local Anangu language, captures the magic of fine dining under the Southern Desert sky. It was an incredible four-course dinner using native Australian ingredients, it is was an unforgettable evening.
